Marto Designs offers a variety of sublimation transfers and related products. Some designs are created in-house, while others are licensed designs purchased from third-party designers or design marketplaces that grant commercial use rights.

We make every effort to ensure that all designs sold in our shop are used in accordance with the license terms provided by the original designer or source.

Marto Designs does not knowingly sell or distribute copyrighted, trademarked, or intellectual property–protected content without proper rights or authorization.

References to sports teams, schools, phrases, or themes are intended for decorative or fan-based purposes only and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand, organization, or trademark holder, unless explicitly stated.

Copyright Concerns

If you believe that any content listed on our website infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately.

Upon receipt of a claim, we will promptly review the request and take appropriate action, including removal of the content. We purchase a lot of our Designs on Etsy and other websites.
