Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Our items are ready-to-press sublimation transfers, which are printed to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Sublimation transfers require specific materials and pressing instructions, and results may vary based on fabric type, press settings, and application process.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist.
