All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Our sublimation transfers are printed to order, so processing times may vary slightly during high-volume or holiday periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist.
